Do I need a credit card to start?

What happens after the trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused — your data stays safe for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately — no waiting for the next billing cycle.
What counts as an SMS?
Each message sent or received through JobLock counts as one SMS. This includes appointment reminders, confirmations, missed call auto-texts, and manual messages you send from the app. Incoming STOP and HELP replies don't count against your limit.
What if I go over my SMS limit?
Additional SMS messages are billed at $0.02 each. You'll see your current usage in Settings → SMS Usage at any time. We'll notify you when you hit 80% of your limit.
Is there a long-term contract?
Never. JobLock is month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no hoops. If you pay annually and cancel early, we'll prorate any unused months.
How does the phone number work?
JobLock gives your business a dedicated phone number through Twilio. Calls to that number ring through to you. When you miss a call, JobLock texts the customer back automatically. If you cancel, we hold the number for 30 days in case you come back.
