These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber" or "you") and Keystone Apps LLC ("Keystone Apps," "we," or "us") governing your use of the JobLock platform and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
JobLock offers subscription plans as described at keystoneapps.co/pricing. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
JobLock is the program name under which automated SMS messages are sent to your customers on your behalf via the JobLock platform (operated by Keystone Apps LLC). You are solely responsible for:
Keystone Apps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate messaging laws or our acceptable use policy. You agree to indemnify Keystone Apps against any claims arising from your use of the SMS features.

You retain ownership of all customer data you enter into JobLock. By using the Service, you grant Keystone Apps a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
JobLock integrates with third-party services including Twilio (SMS/voice), Stripe (payments), Google Maps, and Supabase (database). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Keystone Apps is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
The JobLock platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Keystone Apps LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keystone Apps LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) your use of the SMS messaging features in violation of applicable law.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
